Description
This 5-minute air fryer tortilla pizza is cheesy, crispy and so easy to make! Add any toppings you want for the perfect lunch, dinner or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 3-4 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves, chopped*
- 1/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Chopped basil leaves, to garnish
Instructions
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the tortilla on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
- Use a spoon to spread the pizza sauce across the tortilla. I like to leave a little 1/2 an inch border.
- Top with chopped spinach (or desired toppings) and shredded cheese.
- Air fry at 180°C/ 400°F for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Using the spatula, remove tortilla pizza from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh basil. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
