Description

This 5-minute air fryer tortilla pizza is cheesy, crispy and so easy to make! Add any toppings you want for the perfect lunch, dinner or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 3-4 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, chopped*
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Chopped basil leaves, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the tortilla on the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  3. Use a spoon to spread the pizza sauce across the tortilla. I like to leave a little 1/2 an inch border.
  4. Top with chopped spinach (or desired toppings) and shredded cheese.
  5. Air fry at 180°C/ 400°F for 5 – 6 minutes.
  6. Using the spatula, remove tortilla pizza from the air fryer.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
