- 2 cups (250g) cooked broccoli, finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup (40g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped cooked broccoli, eggs, flour, and garlic powder. Mix well until fully combined.
- Preheat your mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron with oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the waffle maker and spread it out evenly—avoid overfilling.
- Close the lid and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the waffles are golden and crisp.
- Carefully remove the waffles and let them cool slightly.
