Description
These chocolate covered oranges are the easiest 3 ingredient snack to make. Mandarin orange pieces are dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with coconut for the yummiest healthy treat!

- 2 mandarin oranges
- 50g dark chocolate (I like 70%-85% dark chocolate)
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Peel the mandarin/ orange and divide it into segments. Line a baking tray or large plate with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments, until melted. Stir in between each session.
- Dip half of each orange segment into the chocolate mixture. Allow excess chocolate to drip off then place on the prepared tray.
- Lightly sprinkle each orange segment with coconut and a tiny pinch of salt. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Best enjoyed at room temperature*.
