Hot flipping damn guys!!! These individual air fried peach crumbles literally scream summer in a dessert. Lately I've been obsessed with baking fruits in the air fryer, and this recipe makes an amazing quick and healthy dessert for entertaining. Peach halves are topped with a simple oat crumble then air fried to a soft and tender goodness with a delectable crunchy granola-like topping.

You only need a few ingredients and they turn out amazing each and every time! I love to top mine off with yogurt if I'm eating them for breakfast, or ice cream if i’m having them for dessert. Whichever way you decide to top these peaches off, will be amazing!

I’m SOOO excited to share this method with you so let's dive right in shall we?

    Ingredients you'll need

You need just a handful of ingredients to make these delicious individual peach desserts come to the table quickly.

    • Ripe yellow peaches (any kind will work though)
    • Rolled Oats – old fashioned rolled oats are my ideal choice for a chunky texture. Sub quinoa flakes or use certified gluten-free oats if needed.
    • Flour of choice – a scant half a cup of either oat flour, gluten-free flour or wholemeal spelt flour helps create the perfect texture and melt in the crumb topping.
    • Maple syrup – use 100% pure maple syrup or honey.
    • Coconut oil – use melted coconut oil, avocado oil or unsalted butter to make the crumble.
    • Cinnamon + vanilla extract
    • Salt
Ingredients for the air fryer peaches.

How To Make the Ultimate Air Fryer Peaches

    • Pit the peaches: cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pit. Place the peach, cut-side up on a piece of baking paper. Dust each with cinnamon; set aside.
    • Create cinnamon oat mixture: mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
    • Add the topping: divide the oat topping evenly over the peaches.

    • Cook: add peaches on the baking paper to the air fryer basket and cook at 160C/ 320F for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

    • If desired, top servings with a scoop of ice cream or yoghurt.

    Can I substitute the peaches?

Yes! Simply follow this recipe but use nectarines, apricots, plums or apples instead.

    Serving Suggestions

As delicious these air fried peaches are straight out of the air fryer, we do love adding a few additional toppings.

    • Vanilla ice-cream – a scoop of ice cream (that turns melty delicious) on top is always a winning combo.
    • Yoghurt – top each serving with a hefty dollop of greek or coconut yoghurt for a healthy breakfast treat!
    • Whipped topping – a little swirl of whipped topping is a fun way to top these peach crumbles, too

Could These Air Fried Peaches Be Served For Breakfast?

Because they’re made with nutritious ingredients that you’d typically serve for breakfast (hello peaches and oats), we love eating leftovers for breakfast, too. If serving these peach crumbles for breakfast or brunch. I recommend adding a hefty dollop of yoghurt and chopped nuts to each plate to add more filling protein, healthy fats, and probiotics.

    Filling variations:

    • Mix in candied ginger.
    • Add chopped pecans, walnuts or slivered almonds.
    • Use pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon

    Storing and Reheating

    • To Store: These will stay fresh in a container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
    • To Reheat: Simply pop one of your air fried peaches in the microwave for one minute.
    • Make ahead 1-2 days before serving. While these are best fresh, you can make them ahead and then heat them up in the oven at 350F for about 4-5 minutes or until warmed through.

    Description

These air fryer peaches with oat crumble topping are such a delicious summer dessert! They're easy to make, healthy and ready in 20 minutes.

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 4 ripe yellow peaches, pitted
    • 1 cup/ 100g old-fashioned rolled oats
    • ½ cup oat flour or spelt flour
    • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Pinch of salt

Optional for serving: Vanilla ice cream or non-dairy frozen dessert, plain or vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream.

    Instructions

    1. Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pit. Place the peach, cut-side up on a piece of baking paper. Dust each with cinnamon; set aside.
    2. Mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.

    4. Add peaches on the baking paper to the air fryer basket and cook at 160C/320F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cooking at a low heat helps prevent the topping from browning too early*.

So good!! Totally hits the craving!
I had to alter cooking time a bit due to having home-canned peaches instead of fresh ones. Also subbed avocado oil for the coconut oil just for personal preference. Will for sure make it again!
