Description
These roasted frozen green beans are crispy, cheesy, and bursting with flavour! Topped with melty parmesan and sesame seeds, this easy 5-ingredient side dish comes together in just 30 minutes.

- 500g (1 lb) frozen green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the frozen green beans evenly over the tray (no need to thaw!). Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to toss and coat the beans evenly.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the top of the green beans.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, or until the beans are lightly crispy and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven, then top with a little extra parmesan and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until crispy, or enjoy cold in salads.
