Description
These air fryer peaches with oat crumble topping are such a delicious summer dessert! They’re easy to make, healthy and ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ripe yellow peaches, pitted
- 1 cup/ 100g old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour or spelt flour
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Optional for serving: Vanilla ice cream or non-dairy frozen dessert, plain or vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream.
Instructions
- Cut the peaches in half and carefully remove the pit. Place the peach, cut-side up on a piece of baking paper. Dust each with cinnamon; set aside.
- Mix together the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, oil and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Divide the oat topping evenly over the peaches.
- Add peaches on the baking paper to the air fryer basket and cook at 160C/320F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Cooking at a low heat helps prevent the topping from browning too early*.
- If desired, top servings with a scoop of ice cream or yoghurt.
