Description
This creamy, tangy avocado green goddess dressing is packed with fresh herbs and made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. The perfect healthy salad dressing and dip!
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado, pitted
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup basil, packed
- 1/4 cup coriander, packed
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Salt + pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup ice-cold water
Instructions
- Combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
- Then, blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Remember, tiny flecks of herbs are totally okay!
- Add 1/4 cup of ice-cold water at a time until you get the consistency you want! I added 1/2 cup to mine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 6 days in the refrigerator.
