Description

This creamy, tangy avocado green goddess dressing is packed with fresh herbs and made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. The perfect healthy salad dressing and dip!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup basil, packed
  • 1/4 cup coriander, packed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt + pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ice-cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  2. Then, blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. Remember, tiny flecks of herbs are totally okay!
  3. Add 1/4 cup of ice-cold water at a time until you get the consistency you want! I added 1/2 cup to mine.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
