As a nutritionist, I am passionate about clarifying the misinformation on nutrition, promoting healthy lifestyle change, and helping others create positive relationships with food. Everyday we are inundated with complicated health information and it is my mission to simplify what eating healthy means and to get back to basics.

At their core they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based — this allows you to make the meal work for you by adding proteins of your choice and other ingredients that your body thrives on.
I’ll provide healthy eating tips and tricks, discuss current nutrition topics, show you fun ways to eat more vegetables (hello, have you checked out my desserts with hidden vegetables!), and share my essentials to living a healthy, balanced life.
I’ve always loved cooking and believe food should nourish your cells and healthy recipes are the best vehicles for nutrition. You’ll notice all of my recipes require minimal amounts of ingredients, very little prep work and very basic cooking skills. I would like everyone to feel like healthy and delicious food is at their fingertips, and is only a quick recipe away. I never want anyone to think eating healthy is boring.
As a nutritionist, I’m all about balance and mindful eating. To me, mindful eating means being aware of our choices, so I choose plenty of nourishing whole foods, healthy fats, quality protein and of course like to indulge several times a week.
On the weekends I love venturing to new healthy cafes with my boyfriend and visiting my local Italian restaurant, eating woodfire pizza with my family and friends.
